Rubber Shredder Shredding Machinery Waste Tyre Machine Tire Recycling Plant.
Optima uses its experience and success to continually improve the design and manufacturing of our tyre recycling systems to make them more effective and efficient throughout the reduction process.
1. Double Shaft Shredder
Optimaʼs two shaft shredders are designed with an aggressive low RPM, high torque shredding technology. Each shaft is driven by its own Siemens motor, giving it plenty of power to drive through tyres and thick steel beads. The shredder blade thickness ranges from 25 mm to 152 mm (1’’-6”) depending on the type of tires, throughput, and desired end product. The shredder machine can process OTR tires, truck tires, and car tires at a rate of up to 10 tons per hour.
2. Grater
The Grater machine is the ultimate machine for mid-stream grinding and steel separation. It is specially designed to process pre-shredded tires chips and produce between 25-12 mm (1" - 0.5") wire free rubber mulch. And the Grater can process up to 6 tons of input per hour. The main rotor housing is equipped with replaceable wear plates to increase the durability and longevity of the cutting chamber. Another unique feature of this machine is the ability to turn the knives once before having to send them to be sharpened or replaced, minimizing operating costs.
3.Granulator
The Granulators are designed to grind the rubber mulch from the Grater into small granules as fine as 1 mm. The granules are screened and re-circulated until the desired size is reached. Due to the design of the Granulator and precise alignment of the blades, the Granulator produces a very uniform cut and high quality granule. During the granulation process, 99% of the fiber is removed, leaving a contaminant free crumb rubber granulate ready to be further processed or sold.
4. Description Of Tyre Shredder Plant
Tyre tire shredder plant is used to recycle waste tyres of different vehicle types, such as cars, light commercial vehicles,SUV and trucks, from shredding,crushing, wire and fiber separation to produce pure rubber particles and powders. Intelligent design, PLC control,capacity range 500kg/hr-3000kg/hr,equipment or plant can be customized according to customer’s needs
