This kind of banbury mixer is professional for reclaimed rubber desulphurizing, its main characteristics as below:
1.The floating weight is falling type ,so rubber powder can be put into cooling device quickly, hydraulic type sealing structure guarantees the closed grain of the adhesive materials.
2.This kind of banbury mixer does not need electrical heating or steam heating, through the effect of temperature rising by rotors and chamber’s physical friction, the highest temperature can reach about 300℃.
3.Feeding of chamber adopts automatic feeding and automatic weighing device ,this way both improves working conditions of workers and achieve automatic level of this machine .
4. Maximum working volume of mixing chamber is 140kg,can mix rubber 450-500kg per hour.
5.The mixer can be operated discontinuously and continuously ,superior to other equipments, and rubber powder after the process can be managed easily.

2.Description:
1) Maximum Dispersion & High Production
Double blades, proper clearance & high cooling effect gives excellent dispersion . Its production is 4 to 5 times more than an ordinary mixing mill thus saving on labor and electricity.

Mixing chamber can be tilted which enables easy cleaning, because of this, different coloured compounds can be made nice.
3) Short Mixing Time
Mixing time ranging from 6 to 12 minutes depending on compound's specific gravity.
